Bum Enkhbaatar works with UNDP’s Regional Hub for Europe and Central Asia on systems thinking and urban transformation, applying human-centered design to drive practical, inclusive innovation. She is passionate about building partnerships and scaling user-centered solutions across the public and private sectors — with experience spanning TomYo, an educational technology startup, Productivity Commission at the Cabinet Secretariat of Government of Mongolia, and a long-term National Strategy Project with the Cabinet Office of the UK Government .
Bum holds a Master’s in Public Administration from University College London, a Master’s in International Relations from Central China Normal University, and a Bachelor’s in Philology from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
