Career Synthesis & Impact Narrative
After spending ten years studying and working in Japan as a Software Engineer, I returned to Mongolia in 2018 and founded Nasha Tech LLC, building on my experience developing high-performance systems at a major technology company. As Founder and CEO/CTO, I have led Nasha Tech’s growth into a national technology organization of nearly 50 members focused on technology export and digital transformation projects.
Our internal management approach was recognized with the “Best Innovative Management Company” award at the 2024 Good Workplace Awards. I am also committed to supporting the next generation of engineers.
Through our team, we offer lessons in Data Science, Operating Systems, and Security Essentials at Kosen-style colleges. I also served as a mentor at events such as the "DX Cup" and co-initiated the official Mongolian translation of international works, including The Software Engineer’s Guidebook.
